Pair Kraft is a verified professional marketplace connecting buyers with credential-verified experts across India. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Professionals pay an annual membership (CRAFT Starter, Pro, or Elite) for listing and verification services. Membership fees are separate from transaction commissions.
Buyer payments are held in escrow until delivery is approved or auto-released after 5 days. Pair Kraft charges a 12% commission on successful transactions, deducted at release.
The Verified badge indicates credential review by our team within 48 hours. False credentials result in badge revocation and account suspension.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
